Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Condition Assessment
Provide clear photographs of the chair to ensure it is in its original, unassembled condition and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a pickup date; please note that a flat-rate transportation and restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
